Lindsey is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, certified in Ecotherapy, EMDR and is a Equine Interaction Professional in Petaluma, CA where she has a private practice. Lindsey's deep focus and growing practice involves seeing individuals who seek to grow, challenge and take leadership in their lives. Lindsey has a deep interest for those who desire connection with animals, nature and in the inherent wisdom the resides within each being. She provides an integrative approach with extensive training in integrative and depth oriented therapies, women's issues, trauma, sexual abuse, incest, eating disorders, ecopsychology and equine facilitated psychotherapy. Lindsey strongly encourages a treatment team approach for her client's in recovery. Lindsey uses nature, community, wisdom of Earth and sound clinical practice to help support her client's in getting in touch with their deeper sense of being, embodiment and purpose. Lindsey believes that each person who comes into her office has the capacity to heal and everything they need within to heal. Her job as a psychotherapist is to support her client's in finding self knowing, wisdom, compassion, grace, humility and resolution in their journey.

Lindsey also uses other approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-focused CBT, solution-focused therapies, somatic based therapy, art, mindfulness, as well as incorporation of family systems and soul based approaches. Lindsey treats eating disorders from a HAES (Health at Every Size Model).

Lindsey is a compassionate women who loves animals, art, self-exploration and putting efforts into changing the world through radical self-love and acceptance. She believes in the human capacity to love and transform. Lindsey is passionate about human rights, access to medical care and taking care of the Earth. She deeply cares about the human spirit, kindness and animals. Her dog, River, can often be found as extra emotional support at her office, most days. Lindsey brings love and builds community wherever she goes. This is part of her efforts to make a better world and community.  She believes in a strong therapy container where all things can be brought to therapy to be explored. She works from a integrative approach with the focus of the individual leading therapy and where they want to go/explore in their treatment.
